The Google Keep is the best for saving the files, photo, and document in the cloud for both computer and tablet. Moreover, they will have a device to cloud if it has connected to wifi available somewhere (ex. store? doctor's office? airport?).
The Evernote is also very good, new feature, and easy to manage with powerful note-taking lists. Although it's for free up to 60 MB, you will need to pay $5 every month for adding space memory chip. With a note-taking tool, you can to capture text, voice notes, pictures, and webpages on the go, no matter which device is in your hand.
I am thinking a millions when I come to visit another country, i.e Pakistan. I will have a problem with electric charge for my android tablet because there was sometime turning off and on every two hours, so I would better to buy Android cell instead. Otherwise, I could bring a old-fashion note-book in case the cell runs out.
